• 14 - 20 shifts per month preferred
• 3 consecutive 24-hour shifts on call-based model
• Average 4 inpatients daily, 4 - 6 ER patients
• Critical access hospital
• Nursing support available on call
• Intubations, chest tubes, central lines, moderate sedation
• Census increases during cruise ship season
• POCUS helpful but not required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
• Competitive compensation
