The ideal candidate has experience with drywall repair, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and painting . This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.You will work on a variety of residential projects , repairing damaged drywall, matching textures, and painting surfaces to create a clean, seamless finish.Responsibilities:Patch, repair, and replace damaged drywall in residential homes.Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to Level 4 standards or as specified.Apply textures to match existing surfaces.Prepare and paint interior walls, ceilings, and trim to match client specifications.Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction.Maintain and care for tools and equipment.Requirements:Proven experience in drywall repair, finishing, and painting for residential properties.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Knowledge of surface preparation, patching, texturing, and painting techniques .Reliable transportation to job sites.Own basic tools preferred (or company-provided if applicable).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Level 4 drywall finishes .Familiarity with eco-friendly paints and materials .Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients.What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience.Flexible scheduling.Opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects.Supportive and professional team environment.Job Type: Full-timePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:Drywall Finishing/Painting: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Ability to Commute:Anchorage, AK 99509 (Required)
