Job Description Job Description Eklutna, Inc. owns the Site 4 Import and Export facility in Eagle River and Rock Alaska hard rock quarry in Chugiak. Eklutna's subsidiaries, Eklutna Services and Eagle River Fill & Transfer operate gravel, hard rock, and fill sales at Site 4 and Rock Alaska.The Scale Office Manager manages administrative and accounting procedures for each mines scaling operations. This position is a point of contact for contractors and businesses using the import and export facility. Working closely with the Director of Mining and Fill Site Manager, the Scale Office Manager coordinates project needs and ensures accuracy with scaling, records, and billing for each mine. The position also oversees scale attendants at Site 4 and Rock Alaska mine site.This position is a year-round position, compensated at an hourly rate, which is overtime eligible. The position is also eligible for health insurance benefits, retirement savings program, and fitness reimbursement.
