Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Screen individuals, packages, bags, and/or personal belongings entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations to site contacts and supervisors.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to shipping, receiving, sorting, and other restricted areas within the location.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, operational disruptions, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
