The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Cooks and serves nutritious meals following USDA Summer Food Service Program standards for groups of 75 or more.; Supervises the Support Crew while on kitchen duty.; Maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food in a neat and orderly manner.; Ensures proper safety precautions are taken in the kitchen and dining area.; Assists with food ordering and camp operations as needed.
