Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience. Ability to understand and follow FAA and Company policies,procedures, and regulations.Strong attention to detail,safety, and documentation.What You'll Do Your duties include, but are not limited to: Aircraft Maintenance and SafetyPerform aviationmaintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, highest shoppractices, and safetyofflight standards.Coordinateclosely with the Quality Control Department.Documentall required maintenance per company manuals.Inspectionand ComplianceWhen authorized, conduct receivinginspections for parts and accessories to ensure compliance with FAAand company specifications.Maintain familiarity withall applicable FAA regulations and company policies. Operational and Shop SupportKeep assigned workareas, shops, and ramps clean and hazardfree.Assist inplanning, coordinating, and improving workflow to minimize delaysand increase efficiency.Manage parts during repair,ensuring correct tagging, handling, and disposition. Assist in initiating Material Requests as needed. Tools, Equipment and SafetyMaintain tools andsupport equipment in safe, operational condition.Verifythat all calibrated equipment used is within calibrationdate.Utilize required personal protective equipment(PPE), including safety glasses, ear protection, respirators, andgloves.Administrative and Team Support Complete all required company forms, work orders, andmaintenance documentation.Submit writtenrecommendations for procedural improvements.Performadditional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.Why You'll Love Working HereTop tier pay dependent on experience (DOE).Join astable, rapidly growing aviation company.Work in anexciting, fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
