Coordinate training programs at the re?nery by working with department representatives and external vendors to schedule and provide quality training classes ensuring customer needs and regulatory requirements are met. Work with employees, leaders and various subject matter experts to identify training needs. Perform administrative support for all daily Learning Management System activities as needed.
