Job Details

Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors and occasionally customers. Route and schedule mobile repair technicians to complete needed repairs. Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance. Oversee transfer drivers. Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members. Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives. Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers. Review and audit repair records. Monitor outside garages for quality of work performed on U-Haul rental equipment. Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor. Dispatch Manager minimum qualifications:Ability to work on call. General mechanical knowledge. Multi-unit-style management experience. Communicate professionally and eager to collaborate with others.
