You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the project Health, Safety, and Environmental program across pipeline construction operations in Alaska. The role partners directly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, supervisors, contractors, and field personnel to identify risks, eliminate hazards, and ensure safe work practices are consistently maintained throughout all phases of construction. The HSE Advisor provides practical field-based guidance and technical support related to health, safety, and environmental compliance while helping foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. This position reports operationally to the Project or Construction Manager on all HSE program and operational matters. Core Responsibilities.
