You will be responsible for administering one or more high-value subcontracts, ensuring that subcontractors consistently meet Worley and client requirements across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. This includes leading commercial engagements, negotiating contract terms, and proactively managing subcontractor performance throughout the lifecycle of major projects, particularly within pipeline and construction environments. Core Responsibilities. You will be responsible for identifying, prequalifying, and selecting subcontractors to support engineering, environmental, and construction project execution. Lead the preparation, negotiation, and execution of subcontracts, ensuring commercially sound and risk-balanced agreements. Administer subcontracts of significant complexity and value, maintaining full compliance with company standards and project objectives.
