You will be responsible for managing all costs associated with building and civil engineering projects, from early-stage estimating and budgeting through to final account closeout. The role focuses on minimizing project costs while maximizing value, ensuring commercial integrity, and maintaining the required technical and quality standards. You will support project delivery through cost analysis, contract administration, forecasting, reporting, change management, and risk identification. You will also contribute to ensuring compliance with statutory building regulations, contractual obligations, and company procedures.
