Job Description: Job Summary
The Heavy Equipment Operator manages the safe and efficient operation of multiple pieces of construction equipment. They are proficient in the use of a diverse range of equipment, including, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Rollers, Graders, Skid Steers, and others as required. This is a Union position.
Education & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current member of applicable Union.
Skills
MSHA Certification. OSHA 10 hr Certification. CPR/First Aid Certification desired.
Physical Requirements
Pass pre-employment/random drug screening and a PAT (physical abilities test). May occasionally exert force of 20-50 pounds, 10-25 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly.
