Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials and documenting observations, incidents, and security-related concerns according to site policies; Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd and traffic direction when needed, and provide clear communication to staff and/or visitors during unusual situations
