Base pay range is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Shift Hours: 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM, hours may vary depending on operations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The Machine Operator I is responsible for setting up and operating heavy machinery and related gauges to perform various cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations. They must have thorough knowledge of production techniques and the ability to produce quality-building parts. Understands and follows safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and around a manufacturing environment. Ability to set-up and operate machinery and equipment to cut, punch, form, or paint quality finished or semi-finished parts. Ability to operate computerized equipment and material handling equipment. Operate various CNC-controlled machines, such as presses, lasers, and rolling mills in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality.
