The Legal and Regulatory Affairs Specialist provides high-level legal operations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance support to the Chief Legal Officer and subsidiary leadership. This role is responsible for maintaining the companys corporate compliance posture across all jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings, and supporting legal operations infrastructure. This position serves as a central coordination point between Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure regulatory obligations are met, legal matters are properly administered, and compliance risks are proactively managed.
