Job Details

Responsible for inspecting, cleaning, prepping, and testing new cat machines for delivery to the customer. Assembling, installing, and testing various cat and allied attachments. Responsible for incoming and outgoing inspections on our heavy rents fleet. Servicing the equipment at the necessary intervals, as well as minor troubleshooting and repairs. Work closely with the shop supervisor, sales department, yard attendant, and rental coordinators to effectively manage the influx of new cat equipment and to manage the availability status of our rental equipment. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting other heavy equipment technicians in various repairs when necessary. Steam cleaning various machines. Assisting in shop cleanup activities and trash removal Qualifications & Experience Needed: A high school diploma or equivalent or a graduate of a 2-4 year vocational technical school training institution or equivalent experience is required.
