This position provides exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and assisting guests. Greet every customer promptly and courteously, answer phone calls professionally, and provide directions and information regarding Alaska Park's services and promotions. The role requires strict attention to detail in handling revenue, tickets, and records, while upholding Alaska Park's standards of professionalism and hospitality.
