A company is looking for a Senior Data Steward.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify critical data assets and maintain metadata and data lineage for the Business UnitManage data quality, issue resolution, and facilitate certification processes related to data governanceAct as the primary contact for data-related inquiries and represent the Business Unit in governance forumsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, Technology, or similar OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the same fieldsPreferred area of study: Business or TechnologyPreferred area of experience: Data StewardPreferred certifications: Certified Data Steward (CDS), Data Analysis Certified (DAC), Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP)Advanced knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management principles
