Cabin Service Agent Lead

The Cabin Service Agent Lead (CAA CSR) oversees a team of cabin service agents to ensure high standards of aircraft cleanliness, passenger comfort, and security while directly interfacing with station management to meet customer expectations. This role combines leadership, operational management, customer service, and security duties.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate cabin service agents.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with assigned customers.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Oversee aircraft cabin cleaning and servicing.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and to standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely aircraft turnaround.
  • Perform cabin cleaning and other assigned services.
  • Conduct aircraft security searches before departures.
  • Maintain aircraft security for flights according to protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all security regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and standards compliance.
  • Address issues promptly and implement SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff.
  • Keep team updated on procedures, products, and regulations.
  • Ensure safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain safety and security on board aircraft.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in cabin service or related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds comfortably.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in inclement weather.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting/moving up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting/moving up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Regular use of hands, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, climbing, sitting, and balancing.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to focus.

Work Environment:

  • Usually indoors, with occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Noise levels vary; hearing protection provided when necessary.
