Your Responsibilities

Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Schedule consultations between candidates and our recruitment team for deeper discussions

Stay connected with leads to nurture interest and guide them through the hiring process

Keep thorough and updated records in our applicant tracking system

Generate commission based on each appointment you book, interviews arranged, and hires that occur as a result of your efforts
