• 4 ten-hour days per week Monday through Thursday
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• Interventional pain procedures including epidurals and nerve blocks
• Long-term coverage needed, minimum 6 months
• 1 procedure day and 3 clinic days weekly
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
