[Accounting Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $28.90-$35.99-hr / Paid training / Health insurance / 401(k) matching / PTO - As a Bookkeeper, you will: Maintain accurate financial records by entering and reconciling transactions; Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports; Monitor and maintain accounts receivable and payable; Assist with budgeting and forecasting; Generate financial reports for management; Handle payroll and tax filing; Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies; Work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date; Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation; Update and maintain accounting software; Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies; Perform other duties as assigned.
