The Senior Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity. This role takes projects from original concept through completion, serving as the single point of accountability and ensuring alignment with established project controls and standards.
The Senior Project Manager I demonstrates a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating, identifying risks and issues, and facilitating timely, effective resolutions. Moderate travel may be required depending on project needs.

Organize project activities into manageable work efforts and determine effective approaches to completing project objectives as outlined in the project plan.
Develop and facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters, Education and Communication Plans, and detailed project plans.
Present project updates and progress reports to business owners and stakeholders.
Clearly define and manage project scope while motivating team members.
Manage relationships with multiple business owners and team members to accomplish project objectives.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
Monitor and report project activities and status within established timelines.
Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure completion of high-quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan.
Facilitate the creation of toolkits to support field-based implementations.

Project management and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, MS Planner, Agile tools, or equivalent systems)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience within hospital systems, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems environments is a plus
PMP certification preferred but not required
LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification(s) are a plus
