We are looking for an experienced business lawyer to provide leadership on the litigation team. This role is designed for a professional at a stage in their career who seeks a modern practice that encourages, and even requires, growth.Litigation cases are business‑related, often involving international aspects, so the successful candidate should be comfortable with a range of business topics. In‑person court appearances in Los Angeles are required when needed, though much of the work is now remote.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage business‑related litigation cases with frequent international components.QualificationsA Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.At least seven years' experience practicing law in California.Excellent written and concise communication skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation includes additional incentives for client origination or lateral client moves, although client development is not required.
