Position Overview

A leading healthcare services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support daily procurement operations. This role works closely with the Procurement Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across purchasing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and has strong organizational and analytical skills.

Hours: 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST
100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage correspondence, documentation, and purchase order compliance
  • Assist with reconciliation and submission of P-Card receipts
  • Maintain accurate purchase order records, including status updates and shipment tracking
  • Prepare reports and presentations (including PowerPoint) as needed
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders regarding order status
  • Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Perform additional administrative and procurement-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional office or administrative experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and sound decision-making skills
  • Experience supporting or contributing to process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or customer service
  • Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment
  • Familiarity with biomedical or diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet or ServiceNow (or similar CMMS platforms)
  • Understanding of ISO standards and procedures
