Role Summary Provides operational and administrative support to Field Operations while supporting day-to-day Anchorage office operations and North Slope travel logistics. This role will initially focus on office administration and travel coordination, with a planned progression into field operations support, including OpEx cost tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics support. Primary priority in the near term is ensuring smooth office operations and field travel coordination, with increasing responsibility in operations support over time. This role is based in Anchorage, Alaska. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional travel to the North Slope for interaction with field personnel is expected. Overtime may be necessary on an intermittent basis, as dictated by field operations activities.
Key Responsibilities Travel, Office & Administrative Support (Initial Focus) • Manage daily Anchorage office operations, including supplies and common areas • Maintain office calendar and coordinate meeting space
• Coordinate visitors (workspace, badges, travel logistics)
• Coordinate North Slope travel logistics for field staff and visitors
• Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, and corporate activities • Assist Business Development with event coordination and logistics
• Complete and submit expense reports
• Track and reconcile P-Card charges
• Collect and manage receipts and invoices for office-related expenses
Logistics & Procurement Support
• Support materials procurement and tracking for O&M activities
• Coordinate shipments and materials movement between field and office
• Coordinate field logistics (vehicles, site access, scheduling)
• Track vehicles and operational equipment
Field Operations Support
• Provide administrative support to Operations leadership
• Coordinate daily field communications and reporting
• Assist engineers and operations personnel with data, reports, and documentation
• Assist with maintaining operational records, compliance documentation, and reporting files
• Support environmental and safety coordination
Operations Cost & Financial Management (Developed Over Time)
• Generate and track OpEx-related POs
• Process and reconcile operational invoices
• Maintain OpEx forecast and reconcile to actuals
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate and timely invoicing • Support Risk team with MSA/contract setup for operational scope
• Responsibilities in this area will be developed over time as familiarity with systems and processes increases

• Regional OpEx POs and invoice processing (as responsibilities develop)

Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with travel coordination, vendor interaction, or office management strongly preferred
• Exposure to POs, invoices, or cost tracking is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operations and office needs
• Strong coordination and communication skills across field and corporate teams
