Oxford Solutions is working with a legal services client to hire a Finance Applications Analyst to support and optimize financial systems, with a primary focus on the Aderant financial platform. This is a direct hire, hybrid role offering the opportunity to work closely with finance, IT, and end users to ensure reliable system performance and an efficient user experience.

This role plays a hands-on part in financial application support, month-end and year-end close activities, system upgrades, and ongoing process improvements within a professional services environment.

Essential Duties

• Support daily, month-end, and year-end financial processing within Aderant
• Assist with financial close activities including validations, ledger balancing, data imports, and issue resolution
• Maintain and support scheduled nightly, month-end, and year-end system processes and documentation
• Participate in Aderant upgrades, feature rollouts, and system enhancements
• Support additional finance applications such as budgeting, reporting, and analytics tools
• Assist with end-user testing, issue tracking, and production deployments
• Develop and maintain Aderant configurations, templates, workflows, and reports
• Support integration projects between financial systems
• Provide ongoing support to end users and resolve application-related issues
• Ensure adherence to internal security and financial control policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting financial or business applications
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred
• Prior experience with Aderant strongly preferred
• Experience supporting system upgrades and application testing
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across finance, IT, and leadership teams
