Senior Cost Accounting Mgr needs 8 12 (w/o Masters) or 6 8 years (with Masters) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Senior Cost Accounting Mgr requires:

Experience using Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Experience/exposure to Financial Reporting is a plus.

Advanced expertise in SAP and Oracle costing.

Cost Accounting experience required.

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting

Appetite to learn about the business areas supported and how the financials tie into the strategy.

Ability to work within a team, sharing ideas for best practices and process improvements.

Senior Cost Accounting Mgr duties:

Complete and submit timely forecasts and annual budgets for production volumes, purchases, CMO cost, and COGS.

Support quarterly and annual audit PBC list requests.

Perform inventory and cost accounting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Partner with the manufacturing organization to reconcile CMO inventory reports to SAP inventory balances and activity.

Reconcile SAP to Oracle trial balances and generate correcting journal entries when required.
