Position Overview
The Customer Support & Outreach Representative provides white-glove inbound customer support while also conducting proactive outbound teledetailing to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and community partners. This role blends customer service, healthcare education, and CRM documentation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position requiring a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and reliable wired internet connectivity.
