About the Role:
As a Recruiter for SafeLease, you bring a deep understanding of the New York City talent landscape and an extensive professional network across the finance, professional services, and insurance-related industries. You have a proven track record of leveraging your connections and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles.
In addition to your recruitment expertise, you possess exceptional employer branding and marketing skills. You have a natural flair for crafting compelling job postings, career site content, and other recruitment collateral that effectively communicates SafeLease's unique company culture, values, and employee value proposition. Your strong writing abilities allow you to create recruitment marketing materials that captivate and inspire candidates.
You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and are adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the offer stage. Your collaborative mindset enables you to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, while your analytical skills allow you to track and report on key recruitment metrics to continually optimize the company's hiring processes.
