What You'll Do
This isn't your typical desk job-you'll be out building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen.
• Grow and manage referral partnerships across your territory
• Connect with patients, families, and providers to guide care solutions
• Represent Atlas at community events, presentations, and networking opportunities
• Identify new growth opportunities and drive strategic outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
You'll play a key role in expanding access to our full continuum of care with Aegis Healthcare, including Mobile Primary Care, Home Health, Palliative, Hospice, Therapy, DME, and Medical Transport.
Who You Are
• Relationship-builder with 2+ years in marketing, outreach, or referral development
• Passionate about healthcare and making a difference
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role
• Strong communicator (in person, over the phone, and in writing)
• Organized, adaptable, and goal-driven
• Familiarity with the local senior care or healthcare space is a plus
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• Auto insurance & registration
