Work Dates Needed:

• Start: August 1, 2026
• End: August 1, 2027 (1year need)

Preferred Schedule:

• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Pattern: 2 weeks per month in-person + 2 weeks per month virtual call
• In-person weeks: Clinic 8 AM 5 PM, night call during the week, 24-hour weekend call
• Virtual weeks: 24-hour/day call coverage (not onsite)
• Call type: Beeper, 20-minute response time, phone consultations required
• Patients per clinic day: 10
• Overtime paid after 40 clinical hours per week

Scope of Work:

• Clinical duties: Outpatient clinic, inpatient neuro consults, telehealth/virtual call coverage
• Preferred skills: LPs, subdural taps, diagnostic/therapeutic taps, thrombolytics, nerve/muscle biopsies, EEG, EMG, NCV, evoked potentials, pain procedures (peripheral nerve blocks, spinal/epidural blocks), Botox administration, sleep studies, brain-death exams, disability evaluations
• Hospital/surgery center privileges: Required
