US Foods, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to warehouse-related equipment (i.e. pallet jacks, highlifts, forklifts, etc.); Review equipment reports submitted by warehouse associates, record actions/repairs, and maintain a repair log; Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment and maintain PM logs; Comply with safety guidelines including Lock Out/Tag Out and required documentation; Maintain and secure the battery-charging area, batteries and related equipment
