As a Veterinary Clinic Team Leader, you will guide our field staff and serve as the main point of contact for various operational issues. You will safely drive company vehicles to vaccination clinics, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direction and supervision to the field team.
2. Perform all clinic roles as needed while offering coaching and support.
3. Safely drive company vehicles to clinic locations.
4. Lift up to 40 pounds and effectively communicate with customers to manage various situations.
5. Collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize locations and address challenges.
6. Ensure accurate completion of clinic processes and paperwork.
7. Engage in discussions during commutes to create a motivating sales environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily revenue and deposits.
2. Assist customers with paperwork to ensure accurate medical records.
3. Manage crowd dynamics and handle any disruptive situations.
4. Support training for new team members.
5. Communicate effectively with store management to foster collaboration.
6. Present reports following clinics and maintain cleanliness at the end of each day.

This position reports to the Market Manager and carries leadership responsibilities for field associates. Qualifications: You should be comfortable handling animals, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have prior leadership experience. Previous employees reapplying must be in good standing.

Work Environment: This role involves both indoor and outdoor duties, requiring travel to various locations and potentially occasional overnight stays. You'll be engaged in physically demanding activities that require strength and stamina.
