Position Requirements: This role requires a Top-Secret SCI Security Clearance with a CI or FS (Lifestyle) Polygraph.

Personnel in this position are considered mission essential.

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Shift Options: Day Shift, Swing Shift, Mid Shift, Weekends/Holidays available.

Pay: $18.50/hour - $40.00/hour; plus Health & Welfare up to $5.09 per hour for the first 40 hours per week.

Locations: OCONUS positions available—speak to recruiter for details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Entry/Exit Control.
• Issue various types of badges based on clearance levels.
• Manage the issuance and inventory of keys for authorized personnel.
• Conduct fingerprinting and produce necessary identification photos.
• Issue Common Access Cards (CACs).
• Conduct inspections using X-Ray and metal detection equipment.
• Gather and report access statistics as required.
• Collaborate with Government staff to resolve visitor or guest access issues.
• Administer control over Government equipment and systems (e.g., X-Ray, Metal Detector, badging, CAC systems).
• Adhere to post orders and comply with regulations and policies.
• Monitor and manage the flow of personnel and vehicles to ensure proper identification verification.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Top-Secret SCI Security Clearance with a CI or FS (Lifestyle) Polygraph.
• Required Education: High School Diploma.
• Relevant experience and certifications are a plus, including Initial ACS Training, CAC Training, X-Ray operation, and more.

Personnel Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license or ID card.
• Must be a U.S. or Naturalized citizen.
• Relevant security experience is essential.

Physical Qualifications:

• Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
• Must not be colorblind.
• Hearing must be correctable to a normal level.
• Able to stand continuously for up to four hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
