Description

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing descendant and missed-enrollee enrollment applications that contain sensitive information. Requires high level of customer service, exceptional attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy and records integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in records management, genealogy research, or document preservation.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Alaska Native family history, ANCSA shareholder records management or tribal enrollment procedures.
• Familiarity with federal and state records (e.g., BIA, Census, probate, tribal enrollment rolls).
