Warehouse/Driver Position At The Whaler Casino Supply

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties, ensuring efficient delivery of goods while maintaining a well-organized storage area. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting, making them an essential part of our operations.

Duties:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure product is delivered, rotated, and placed per customer needs and instructions.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management, organization of stock, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and customer service best practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse duties.
• Experience using forklifts and other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
