- Provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
- Monitor the health and progress of both mother and baby, addressing any complications that may arise.
- Assist with pain management, including administering medications and other interventions as necessary.
- Educate and support mothers and their families about childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Follow all established protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- 1 year of job-related experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications are required.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
