Position Summary:

Join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate, where you'll provide exceptional service by actively engaging with customers to assess their needs and offer tailored assistance. In this role, you'll gain in-depth product knowledge using our available resources and be empowered to support customers throughout their entire project journey.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Greet every customer warmly and qualify their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
• Master the art of closing sales in your department while being knowledgeable about adjacent departments.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe shopping environment in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates for seamless operations.
• Uphold safety standards by following all policies, completing required training, and promptly addressing any hazards.

This role may involve working in various departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
