• Variety of patients ages 4+ including adolescent and adult detox
• Outpatient primary care setting
• New patient visits 1-2 hours, follow-ups 30 min-1 hour
• Must complete H&Ps within 24 hours of admission
• Minimum 12 months primary medical services experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
