As an Administrative Coordinator, you will handle essential administrative responsibilities, including report preparation using various software, compiling information from different sources, and facilitating small-scale projects. Your duties will also encompass general office tasks such as word processing, data entry, document auditing, answering phones, managing mail distribution, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Coordinate and prepare information for internal use and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Fast and accurate data entry capabilities.
