YOUR ROLE

As a vital team member, you'll ensure our products are always available on the Salesfloor. In this part-time Stock Brand Ambassador role, you'll expertly manage the flow of merchandise from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through efficient shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your passion for AEO Brand Standards, eye for detail, and organizational skills will shine as you create an inviting shopping experience. While the Stockroom is your main focus, you'll also bring your skills to the Salesfloor to assist your team and customers whenever necessary.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for Brand Standards: You'll keep products moving by effectively processing shipments, replenishing stock, handling markdowns, and merchandising in a timely manner.
• Stockroom Management: You'll maintain a well-organized Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are arranged systematically.
• Innovative Mindset: Spot merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to develop and execute improvement plans.
• Team Player: Support your fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks and engage with customers when needed.
• Commitment to Integrity: Adhere to safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following all company policies and procedures.

• Starting pay is determined based on various factors, including relevant experience and location.
