Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build effective relationships within the team.
• Positive communication skills with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion when working with management.
• Understanding of general retail practices.
• Teamwork and collaborative working style.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs. using safe techniques and equipment.
• Ability to meet the demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting frequently.
• Willingness to be active on the sales floor for long periods.
