Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: Facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and providers under direct supervision of the bedside RN and charge nurse.; Maintain clear communication between patient needs and the RN/Charge Nurse.; Contribute to a safe, hazard-free, and clean environment that supports patient-focused care.; Support nursing staff in completing shift duties and ensuring quality care.; Assist in coordinating care within assigned units (Resource Pool / Orthopedic Unit / Surgical Unit / Progressive Care Unit) as needed.
