The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Assists, as directed, in the preparation of appropriate foods, hot or cold, in a timely fashion according to pre-planned menu cycle; Assist in the serving of meals and dishing of the meals on wheels containers; Ensure the dining area supplies are stocked and that the beverage stations are maintained according to dietary standards; Meets time frames with respect to production; Gathers food items according to production sheets and begins preparing according to direction, assists as directed in preparation of salads, desserts, and sandwich items
