Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/Hourly (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated BMW Level C Technician to join our award-winning service team. This role is ideal for a technician early in their career who is eager to grow within a high-performing dealership and advance to Level B and Level A status.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services)
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Assist Level A and B technicians with more complex repairs
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
• Accurately document services and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow BMW repair procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Technical school or automotive certification a plus
• Basic diagnostic abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the BMW brand
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
