Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience by welcoming guests, serving food, and accurately handling payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming appearance throughout the restaurant.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure the provision of fresh, quality food.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, rotating through different positions, including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals while fostering a fun and positive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and helpful disposition.
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus.
  • Some high school education preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, at your own expense.

ADA Statement:While performing your duties, please be aware that the kitchen can be noisy and hot, with high steam levels from cooking. Employees are typically required to stand for long periods and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Workspace restrictions exist, and tasks may include preparing both hot and cold foods quickly and accurately. Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to manage a dynamic work environment are essential.
