Payrate is: $ 16.00/hr.
Position Type: Onsite
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 7 :00 am - 4 pm,
Weekly paycheck
Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:
- Assist with essential shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise against purchase orders.
- Read and process various documentation, such as customer orders and shipping orders, to correctly determine items for movement and distribution.
- Complete all work in a safe manner, strictly adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all traffic.
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and take check calls from drivers, validating load data for on-time delivery.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds and load and unload trucks.
- Possess the ability to apply critical thinking to interpret and execute instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Basic computer skills and basic written and verbal communication skills are required for processing daily tasks.
