Key Responsibilities of Culinary Team Associates:

  • Deliver a memorable dining experience for guests, including greeting them, serving food, and processing payments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
  • Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be flexible to work at the front counter, drive-through, or in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun, positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and helpful nature.
  • Experience in operations is a plus.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required, depending on local regulations (to be acquired at your own expense).

Work Environment:

Counter areas are often hot with steam and food vapors, and employees are typically standing for long periods. You will prepare both hot and cold foods, utilizing kitchen equipment and must work quickly while maintaining accuracy. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach across counters is necessary. The kitchen environment can be fast-paced with high noise levels. Effective verbal communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
