What you will be doing:

• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. ????
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. ????
• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. ????
• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. ????
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. ????
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. ????
• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. ????
• Holds a bachelors degree. ????
• Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. ????
• Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. ??????
• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). ????
• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. ???????
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. ????
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. ????
• Permanently resides in Latin America. ????
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ????
